There are specific people chosen before time to be saved? We can be saved by simply believing in Christ?

6 Mark 16:16 “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”

7 Acts 16:31 “So they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.’”

8 Romans 10:9 “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
