-- Importance of Payor Mix -- Capacity issue challenges -- Major shift from uninsured and county programs to Medi-Cal – not much private coverage growth -- Volume of Uninsured Decreased (ED visits up), but issue remains priority to address and manage in community -- Need for continued Safety Net Support (both patient care and infrastructure)
