6. Communication This is a key, and often largely ignored step.
Important to ensure process is clear to stakeholders before you begin
Many will see it as complicated, to do with COSHH, awkward, some ruse to stop kids using swings in playgrounds…
If the risk assessment is to form valid evidence in the decision making process it is imperative that decision makers understand it!
