CDKN1C expression in the bone marrow at diagnosis was associated with a survival disadvantage in patients who received conventional chemotherapy prior to alloSCT (23% versus 62% at 2 years in CDKN1C positive versus CDKN1C negative, respectively, n = 45, P = 0.01)
In patients who did not receive conventional chemotherapy prior to alloSCT, CDKN1C expression in bone marrow at diagnosis had no impact on post transplant survival (n = 30, P = 0.23).
