10. Written Guarantee
For any product damaged in the process of shipping, P&G will refund or replace the product for no charge. Replaced products will be delivered the next day. Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God are not covered by this guarantee. If a consumer is unsatisfied with the product upon purchase, the product must be brought back to the location of purchase, as a refund may be available. We do not recommend the use of Puffs Basic Facial Tissues to clean eyeglasses; our tissues are made out of virgin wood pulp and may result in scratches on the lens.
