NI ; 578+ grants; $554 + Higher Education, Ageing, Children and Youth, Reconciliation and Human Rights Partnerships with Central Government e.g. Higher Education: PRTLI and SPUR CY: Prevention and Early Intervention – all island Ageing: Longitudinal Studies: TILDA, GUI (ROI) Nicola (NI); Palliative Care; Dementia Care; Disability and Mental Health: Social Reform Fund (ROI) Working with government particular feature of final stage. E.G. in ROI 19 significant grants in partnership with government since 2012.

Ageing Well Network Age Friendly Cities and Counties project County Louth Pilot DKIT Conn Murray Leadership Pilot, Regional Demonstration, Roll-out Template Mainstreaming – Age Friendly Ireland hosted by Dublin City Council on behalf of local government network Some examples from ROI and NI. Opportunities arose or were created in order to make progress on strategic objectives related to Services, Voice and Participation, Growth of Philanthropy Conn Murray crucial leadership in Louth to prove concept; now as Chair of County and City Management Association.

Supporting Alzheimer Society Inform Age Friendly plans and remits in Belfast, Newry and Derry- Strabane Dementia Friendly inserted into Belfast Age Friendly Charter Newry and Derry-Strabane in final stages of agreeing Charters Dementia a big focus across Ireland.

Had been supporting at community level Now community groups with Belfast City Council BCC SLAs with community groups for local training 6 specific geographic areas Toolkit for replication within NI Plus international interest
