This project aims to establish a process by which heat can be used on a liquid or a food to kill pathogenic bacteria to make the food safe to eat.
Clean and prepare all equipment for lab work
Select suitable material for first experiment
Perform first experiment on sample 1
Write up results of first experiment
Present summary of results and suggested improvements for next sample, etc.
This will help to reduce the transmission of diseases, such as typhoid fever and tuberculosis,
