10 Driving revenue with PowerApps & Microsoft Flow
Microsoft Office 4/24/2018 Driving revenue with PowerApps & Microsoft Flow Upsell Opportunity SKUs Use the value of PowerApps P2 to upsell from an individual D365 application into a D365 Plan If customers want just a single D365 application and PowerApps it is more economical to purchase the Dynamics Plan 1 Upsell is an additional $20 per user / mo (list) vs. $40 per user / mo for PowerApps P2 standalone Dynamics Business and Enterprise Plans The ability to create and run apps against CDM is not included in the seeded Office 365 & Dynamics 365 applications licenses. These types of (PowerApps) apps will require users to be licensed with the standalone P1 and P2 licenses. * Usage of professional & enterprise integration connectors will also create the need for P1 and P2 licenses. PowerApps Plan 2 PowerApps Plan 1 Apps that are deployed broadly across users within an organization may be used by users who are not already licensed with O365 and/or D365 licenses. These users will need to be licensed with standalone PowerApps licenses in order to use these apps. For customers who want to create and run flows outside seeded O365/D365. Flow Plan 1 When applications build against CDM are used they create app data that is stored in the CDM platform. When used at scale these apps will likely exhaust the Data storage, File storage, and flow runs capacity included in the P1 and P2 per user licensees. Large amounts of data will also make the premium environments more attractive to simplify data management and deployment administration.
