LYNX Territorio Sociale shared with all partners customized tools to evaluate the innovative service after the post testing phase. Indicators of performance Grid, setted on the basis of three macro objectives of ATTRACTION, MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION/ DISSEMINATION A Common post testing evaluation Format, containing: Innovative service description Description of Context of implementation Notable aspect of developed innovative services Main results of the service and output of activities Lessons learned during activities with NEETs A Follow up to institutionalization of service

3 Thanks to the toolkit, the IO4 report:
SHOWS the outputs of innovative services as they was realized in each of specific partners’ local context RECORDS, for each of the partners, the reached results about the dimensions of: Attraction of NEETs, Management of NEETs, Communication and dissemination of the outputs, involvement degree of relevant local stakeholders (where it was relevant). GATHERS the guidelines for institutionalization of the tested services for NEETs COLLECTS the notable aspects and the lessons learned during the testing phase, as they was reported by the partners.

7 Informal ways are a good choice!
A couple of notable aspects regarding NEETs attraction to be underlined after the recorded experiences.. Communication was setted up on the habitual ways of youngsters, using massively social networks, mobile apps, video editing The attraction of NEETs started from events: Events like pool party or opportunity Cocktails, realised in a friendly environment, contributed to the best attraction of NEETs and helped to make feel them more comfortably in participating to the projects Informal ways are a good choice!

Dimension Guidelines Specifications Motivation of NEETs Young NEET have potential to grow up These young people have potential “talent” that they are not able to show and use. So an Inspireship process is needed. NEETs are unmotivated They are unmotivated; reason seems to be the difficulty to understand the complexity of the world and the potential support they can get in formal way. Youth understand the importance of professional self-awareness pathway just running on it during the pathway Professional self-awareness pathways are hard and demanding at the beginning. Anyway young Neets understood the value and work on it in the proper way after some initial problems. Priority is fight against inactivity A way to fight against youth inactivity is to offer job training, courses, and also cultural and leisure activities Personalised coaching is essential The individual support of the coach is really effective in terms of activation and motivation. A good C.V. is a good passport to work The involvement of counselors for C.V. editing is really important in perspective to find a job. Program of activities for NEETs must be flexible It is very important to pander the NEETs’ needs to avoid the risks of abandonement Soft skills development is crucial Non-formal education and arts are crucial for soft-skills development Self employment and entrepreneurship are words to be cleaned from fear NEETs are intimidated by idea to became an entrepreneur, due to taxes, lack of capital, ecc. A good mentoring can drive them to be more confident.

Dimension Guidelines Specifications Strategic Network Involvement of territories and stakeholders In order to create an effective platform of Neet suport, it is very important to think in terms of local network. Just in that way a common and shared awareness grows up and it can generate the proper common intelligence. Work hard for sharing the new labour market frameworks It is very common a very short view about labour market processes, basically the search for a job. NEETs have not an adequate perception and willingness to invest in themselves, even after their studies.

11 FINALLY.. SOME LEARNED LESSONS AFTER PARTNERS’ EXPERIENCES WITH NEETs
Informal channels are very effective to attract NEETs NEETs needs, first of all, MOTIVATION AND FULL SUPPORT. That’s because personalized coaching is very important The soft skills development is crucial in order to support NEETs Meeting with stakeholders are very effective. By this way NEETs have the possibility to build new relationships with peers and with local companies as well Spaces for conversation and discussion about the present-day context and the challenge for the future about formation and youth professional integration are essential. Any program of activities for NEETs must to be very flexible and adaptable to the participants needs.
