1) Repetition and continuity are key! 2) Continually change the location and method of studying. 3) Teach the material to a parent, guardian, family member, or friend. 4) Write down the vocabulary on index cards! Studies show that writing improves memory and recall of new concepts that have been learned. 5)Post the index cards in your house/certain rooms! It helps children that have a photographic memory.
