20 Take a break!

21 Case discussion Mr. A, 50 years old, had had hypertension and type II diabetes for 10 years. He felt headache and dizzy after getting up in the morning. He followed Doctor B’s advice to take anti-hypertensive and hypoglycemic drugs, to limit caloric intake, and to avoid salty and fat-rich foods. But his blood pressure and blood glucose were still high. Although the symptoms were lighter than before treatment, his life was still annoyed by them. Recently he and his coworkers learned Tai-chi from C, a licensed Chinese medicine doctor. C told A a set of Chinese medicine drugs. A tried that and noticed that he felt much better. He hesitated if he should tell B all about it, worried about being scolded. If you were A, what would you do?
