2. CEN/TC 282 “Installation and equipment for LNG”
Plenary Meeting held on in Paris Chairman : Alain Goy CEN/TC408 “Natural gas and biomethane for use in transport and biomethane for injection in the natural gas grid”, liaison officer, Mr Jacques Dubost, that 2 draft standards were being prepared by CEN/TC408 with regards LNG. The main discussion concerned the quality of gas since there is an existing conflict between the requirements of automotive industry and capacity of gas industry. The agreement was found at TC408 level and new standards are being prepared which should be proposed afterwards at ISO

3. CEN/TC 282 “Installation and equipment for LNG”
WG2 "Installation and equipment for LNG - Design of onshore installations with a storage capacity more than 200 t LNG at pressures higher than 0,5 bar" (WI ) V. Chrz finalization of a new work Item WI During a next webex meeting in April 2014 of CEN/TC282 it will be decided whether to launch a 2 months ballot within TC to confirm if the new work item can be activated. – confirmed meeting on 20-22/05/2014 in Prague.

4. CEN/TC 282 “Installation and equipment for LNG”
WG5 Revision of EN 1473 Mr Daniel Acheroy the draft was finalized in July 2013 • LNG installations with storage pressure above 0,5 bar are excluded from this European Standard. These plants with storage capacity between 5 and 200 t are covered by EN whilst storage capacity above 200 t will be covered by the prEN xxxx”. • The question was raised if satellite plants have been excluded from the prEN1473. • WG5 was requested to prepare a list of installations not covered by prEN1473 final draft for CEN Enquiry to CEN Management Center is 16th of January 2014 after clarification with Daniel Acheroy satellite plants questions raised during a meeting Enquiry June 2014

5. CEN/TC 282 “Installation and equipment for LNG”
EN ISO and EN ISO Mr Brissard comments received during DIS/CEN Enquiry are being treated by ISO/TC67/WG10 and once finished they will be circulated to CEN/TC282. Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) [D2/2012 – D. Acheroy the initiated work on FSRU continues by defining in more details the scope of the project and to contact European operators to involve them into the initiated work. EN :2008 & EN :2008 systematic review ballots were opened between April and July 2013 for: ● EN :2008 Installation and equipment for liquefied natural gas - Design and testing of marine transfer systems - Part 2: Design and testing of transfer hoses ● EN :2008 Installation and equipment for liquefied natural gas - Design and testing of marine transfer systems - Part 3: Offshore transfer systems

6. CEN/TC 282 “Installation and equipment for LNG”
Environmental aspects – inputs in the guide for sector forum gas infrastructure secretary of CEN/TC282 is requested to circulate the environmental indicator table for LNG facilities prepared by Mr Daniel Acheroy and reviewed by Shannon LNG (Mr Martin Ahern - Ireland) for comments. CEN/TC 282 – Liaisons CEN/TC 282 Installation and equipment for LNG, decides to: Confirm the existing liaisons and to liaise with MARCOGAZ WG “Liquefied Natural Gas Applications”, and to nominate Ms Vivi Gouriotou as a Liaison 0fficer. The decision was taken by unanimity.
