Hira Terry Mills Ltd (HTM) is a vertically integrated towel manufacturing unit located in Lahore and offers a value added product that is targeted to the export market.
The Company specializes in manufacturing the Better-Best quality terry products that are marketed to high-end retailers and brands across UK, Australia, Europe and USA.
HTM currently has production capacity of 600 Tons per month. Our primary focus is to offer a highly value added product in order to ascertain competitive advantage against our competitors.
The Company’s exports account for 5% of the total towel exports of Pakistan.

3. COMPANY OVERVIEW
The average price of HTM’s towel is USD 6.50/kg against a much lower Pakistan industry average of USD 4.61/kg.
Our business hierarchy is unique in a sense that we have a business office in New Jersey and showroom in Manhattan New York.
This provides us with a unique perspective of the Home Textile Market and highly competitive edge in managing our product and brand. Our product development design and marketing is based overseas, which keeps us on trend and close to market.
HTM has overseas marketing offices in USA and Canada.
The presence of foreign offices improve client interaction as clients rarely have to communicate with the team based in Pakistan.
The Company also has a warehouse based in USA to keep certain stock of towels to entertain any unexpected/emergency orders from retailers.

6. EXPORT DESTINATION & DIVERSIFICATION
We have strong customer base across USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe thus minimizing diversification risk.
HTM has also diversified itself across several clients reducing the risk of a decline in orders. The maximum exposure against any particular customer is not more than 8%-10%.

Our associated concern Hira Textile Mills Ltd has also won many awards in the past at various FPCCI Export events.

HTM revenues has been increasing at 5 year CAGR of 14%
Net Profit Margin of the Company also has an upward trend and as of FY16 it is 6%.
EPS is also has a constant upward trend and as of FY16 stands at 4.96

9. IPO-LISTING OF HIRA TERRY MILLS LTD
HTM is looking to expand its existing capacity to capture high business volumes of its existing and new clients.
The plan is to double the capacity to 1200 Tons per Month.
For this purpose we will be raising funds through IPO of HTM.
Funds will solely be utilized on CAPEX which in turn would double the capacity.
The gains are even bigger in terms of profit margins due to the advantages of economies of scale along with diversification benefits across different clients and countries.
