10 Recommendation Perform a risk analysis: if the greenway hotel management wants to expand more in germany they need to evaluate the consequences of risky activities, the likelihood of the consequences occurring and the benefits of the risky activities. Avoid risk by not carrying out activities that have severe and likely consequences and low benefits to the hotel. Transfer risk to insurance companies: by insuring against major risks such as damage to your facilities, product liability, injuries to customers or suppliers and death or incapacity of greenway hotel principles

11 Recommendation Monitoring the risk:It is important to understand that the concept of risk is dynamic and needs periodic and formal review. The currency of identified risks needs to be regularly monitored. New risks and their impact on the organization may to be taken into account. Communication and reporting:Clear communication is essential for the risk management process, i.e. clear communication of the objectives, the risk management process and its elements, as well as the findings and required actions as a result of the output. Risk identification: The safety issue was identified while reviewing the Probabilistic Risk Assessment of a depressurization scenario in the telescope cavity.
