14 FOLLOWING Jesus (HOW)…
(Matt. 4:18-22)…

15 Making a Line in the Sand…
(Mt. 4:18-22)… Matthew 4: And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 19 Then He said to them, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men." 20 They immediately left their nets and followed Him.

16 I'm a part of the fellowship of the unashamed. The die has been cast
I'm a part of the fellowship of the unashamed. The die has been cast. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I'm a disciple of His and I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away, or be still.       My past is redeemed. My present makes sense. My future is secure. I'm done and finished with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed visions, mundane talking, cheap living, and dwarfed goals. I no longer need preeminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, or first, or tops, or recognized, or praised, or rewarded. I live by faith, lean on His presence, walk by patience, lift by prayer, and labor by Holy Spirit power.

17 My face is set. My gait is fast. My goal is heaven
My face is set. My gait is fast. My goal is heaven. My road may be narrow, my way rough, my companions few, but my guide is reliable and my mission is clear. I will not be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice or hesitate in the presence of the adversary. I will not negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I won't give up, shut up, or let up until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, and preached up for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must give until I drop, preach until all know, and work until He comes. And when He does come for His own, He'll have no problems recognizing me. My colors will be clear!

18 B. A Disciple Who Makes Disciples…(Mt. 9:37-38; Phil. 3:7-14)…
Declaration (Phil. 3:7-11)…(A Martyrs Testimony) Devoted to Jesus (Phil. 3:12-14)… Developing (Attitudes & Priorities of Jesus)… Love (Jn. 13:35)… Denial of Self (Mk. 8:34-35)… Abiding in the Word (Jn. 8:31-32)… Deployed to Make Disciples (Matt. 28:19-20)…

19 IV. The PRIORITIES of a Disciple of Jesus…(Mk. 3:13-19; Acts 4:13)…

20 Jesus uses Ordinary People…
(Acts 4:13)… Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.

21 B. Jesus Draws in and Sends Out…(Mk. 3:14)…

22 V. The COST of a Disciple…(Following Jesus will require sacrifice)…(Lk
Luke 9:  Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. 24 "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it. 25 "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost?

23 VI. The FRUIT of a Disciple OF Jesus (Making Disciples who make Disciples)…(Jn. 15:1-8, 16)…
Character Fruit…(Gal. 5:22-23)… Conduct Fruit…(Phil. 1:11)… Conversion Fruit…(Rom. 1:13)…
