3 This symbolizes the radar dome (radome) of an AWACS which I have over 14 years and 7,300 flying hours and an Air Battle Manager. Perhaps use Tigerwood for this piece which is tied to my family nickname, Tiger, which I’ve had all my life. Add dimension by having this be about ½” think This symbolizes the Space Aggressor mission which I started, commanded and am still involved with as Space Electronic Warfare for the past 13 years. All Aggressor squadrons use the Red Star as the standard symbol incorporated to all their patches. I’d like the star carved out of bloodwood to give it the red hue, but also represent the blood of those who’ve lived and died in service as well as the brotherhood of all of us who serve. I’d like to add laser engraved etchings of CV-2 Lexington which my Grandfather, a retired Master Chief, served aboard during WWII. He survived her sinking in the Battle of the Coral Sea and is alive today at 92, having been a great influence in my life. As a match to Lady Lex, I’d like CVN-65 Enterprise which is one of the four carriers I served aboard during my time, including one of two during combat operations. The two together represents my Grandfather’s influence in tradition and shows that generations continuing the path of service. Likewise, it represents my time in the Navy. I can send you the original png’s from which they can do the engravings.
