3 Things You Need To Consider Before You Go:
Academics must come first! Consider Your: Major, Minor, Core & Electives First Priority: Must consider the academics both here and abroad Have you worked with your major advisor? Will you be able to take major/minor courses abroad in the programs that you are interested in? And if not, will you be ok (graduation wise) to not take major courses for your semester abroad? Working with your major advisor is imperative! Do you have free electives? Will you be able to get a full semester of courses in the programs that you are considering? Planning is important, so start early! If you plan on taking upper level core classes, you must have completed your first level of those cores. You should have as many course options as possible (more than five) in case you have time conflict issues or classes are cancelled at the last minute Loyola does not guarantee minors, might have to choose between going abroad and your degree program Various majors have different limitations on the courses you can take abroad (number and categories). Discuss this with your advisor.

4 Things You Need To Consider Before You Go
