31 Bullying & Harassment Bullying & Harassment of any kind is unacceptable within our family at Andover High School Harassment is “unwelcome conduct” based on someone’s status in a protected class, such as gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. We’re in this Together, and it’s not what we stand for. We all belong here and deserve a safe environment. That means what you do, type or send online, and what you say (no slurs of any kind - ever!) Put-downs, exclusions, name-calling, intimidation, harassing language/names, etc.

32 Bullying & Harassment Bullying and Harassment can lead to disruption at school, fear, anxiety, depression, and ultimately to self harm thoughts or behaviors for some people. Report incidents to any staff member in the building. All reports are taken seriously. Take a stand and call it out when you see/hear it. Report in person, by , phone, or TipLine form online. “Joking around” is not an excuse. Staff are trained to intervene and report if they see or hear incidents. Incidents will be reported and addressed, with responses and consequences up to and including suspension from school.
