2 INTRODUCTION In this study, the effectiveness of the mechanical charger is our main goal and will be investigated. In addition, we will adopt the concept of the fidget spinner which is well- known nowadays.

3 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
1. How effective is the mechanical charger in charging gadgets in terms of strength? Endurance? Power supply? 2. What is the use of fidget spinner in this study? 3. How does the fidget spinner affect the mechanical charger in terms of strength? Endurance? Power supply?

4 HYPOTHESIS In accordance with the theoretical framework (to be discussed in the next chapter) and objectives of the study, the researchers formulated an alternative hypothesis that will satisfy the intent of the study of determining the effectiveness of the:

5 HYPOTHESIS ALTERNATIVE HYPOTHESIS NULL HYPOTHESIS
The mechanical charger could produce 5v power supply that is needed to enable charging a gadget. NULL HYPOTHESIS The mechanical charger could not produce 5v power supply that is needed to enable charging a gadget.

6 FLOWCHART Gather and prepared the materials. Solder the 100 UF, 1000 UF capacitors IC and USB connector to the PCB board with soldering lead. Set aside the PCB board with the attached materials and proceed to the next materials should be assemble. Attached the fidget spinner to the end pole of 12v DC geared motor. The two installations were joined together in order to produced the so-called mechanical charger.

7 STATISTICAL ANALYSIS RPM (rotations per minute) Output power
RPM (rotations per minute) Output power Trial 1: 9 volts DC geared motor 400 RPM 3 volts Trial 2: 12 volts DC geared motor 60 RPM 5 volts Trial 3: 12 volts DC geared motor with 2 torque gear 30 RPM 5.5 volts

8 RESULTS AND DISSCUSSION
-When the DC geared motor is rotated, it will be accelerated in the gear of the motor with a ratio of 1:10. Meaning every one rotation of the motor will be converted into 10 rotations in the gear in able to generate electricity using few RPM to lessen the force given by the user of the mechanical charger.

9 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
-The two 50v 1000Uf capacitor serves as storage and stabilize the energy while the IC regulates the power. -In every one rotation in torque gear one is equivalent to two rotations in torque gear two. Therefore, the ratio will be 1:2.

11 CONCLUSION Based on the findings, the researchers hereby concluded that: 1. A mechanical charger is an effective improvised charger in terms of strength, endurance and power supply. 2. There is a possibility that a mechanical charger can charge a cellphone.

12 RECOMMENDATION For more improved study, the following are recommended: 1. To make wireless mechanical charger. 2. To lessen the RPM (Rotation per Minute) of the motor. 3. To make handy mechanical charger, reduce the size and cover, more like a commercial power banks.
