To obtain a request form, you MUST see the IRHS Registrar, Mrs. Kandi Clark, and fill out a yellow form Please allow 3-5 working days to complete this request Each official transcript costs $1.00 The official transcript will then be sent to the specific schools or organization Should you need a waiver, please see your counselor
