10. The choice and proposition of the Greta network
Principles of the proposition
Each learner will have a personal training path according to his project (individual training paths)
Some “situations” related to his project will be proposed to him to develop his competences
Theses situations will be used for initial diagnostic testing assessment and evaluation
Regular training on reading, writing, numeracy,… will be provide according to his needs by specialised trainer
The same situations will be used to assess his final competences
