Principles of the proposition Each learner will have a personal training path according to his project (individual training paths) Some “situations” related to his project will be proposed to him to develop his competences Theses situations will be used for initial diagnostic testing assessment and evaluation Regular training on reading, writing, numeracy,… will be provide according to his needs by specialised trainer The same situations will be used to assess his final competences Diagnostic testing (Project) Situation X Maths& sciences course Commu- nication in french course ICT course Assessment Final assessment

Production of assessment resources from melted groups of teachers (french, maths&sciences, ICT, english) on different situations Several situations assessment resources were created in different sector: Hotel and catering industry Social and health Industry Tertiary and service Construction Social and education Experimentation and improvement of these assessments practices between 2013 and 2014
