2. The RNLI
The RNLI is charity that save lives at sea and on beaches they are funded charity with only donations and grants . The RNLI stands for : . R stands for Royal because the queen appreciates the great work they’ve done over the years. .N stands for National because they work in Scotland, Ireland, England , Wales. .L stands for Lifeboats because when they made the flag that was the only equipment they had. .I stands for Institution

3. FLAGS There are 4 flags that are on the life guard protected beaches :
.The first flag is the red and yellow for only inflatables and swimmers.
.the second flag is the black and white flag for surfers and kayakers.
.the third flag is the red flag - no one allowed in the sea.
.the final flag is the wind sock – no inflatables

4. What the lifeguards look like:
They wear bright yellow and red
clothing so that they are visible
to people in need or danger.
They carry a bumbag which is
a medical first aid kit for people
who have cuts or injured themselves.
