1. Conference information
Poster session will be held on the 4th floor during coffee break from Tuesday (5 Oct.)
Internet and wireless services are available during the conference in the computing room #315 which is located on the 3rd floor.
If you need any help and materials for your presentations, please contact with anyone in the conference main office which is located just next to the conference room(#409).
Donuts and coffee will be served at the conference site every morning from 08:30.
Coffee will be served on the 4th floor during the coffee break.
Internet service at the hotel is provided during your
staying (host will cover the balance).

3. Shuttle bus schedule The time schedule of the transportation service:
Hotel  Exco ( 08:00 and 09:30 except Wed.)
Exco  Hotel ( 18:30 except Wed.)
Hotel  Downtown ( 19:20, Tuesday and Friday )
- there will be no transportation service provided
for returning and please take a taxi. It costs less
than $5 from downtown to the hotel.

4. Lunch menu
Buffet style for lunch on 4, 5, 7 October will be served in B1.
You can choose one of the following restaurants for your lunch in Oct. 8.
If you did not pick up this lunch coupon, you can have it at the registration desk.
1) Korean style:
main dish - steamed short ribs
side dishes - kimchi, green herbs, green pepper, watery plain
               kimchi, grilled food,  hard-boiled food
2) Japanese style:
main dish  - a bowl of sliced raw fish and rice
side dishes - potato, raw fish mixed, globefish skin,
Japanese vinegared rice delicacies, roasted anchovy,
               kimchi, steamed green pepper, hard-boiled burdock 
3) Western style:
main dish - hamburg steak / fried steak
side dishes - soup, salad, bread, cucumber pickles

5. Tour Program Tour 1) Daegu Palgongsan + Hapcheon Haeinsa
Tour 2) Gyeongju
Tour 3) Andong
Tour 2) and 3) are cancelled due to the lack of interest.
Tour bus will leave at 08:00 in the Inter-Burgo Hotel. There is a tour guide and lunch will be served.
If you are interested in joining the tour 1) program, please let the secretary know by 13:00 today.

6. Banquet / Reception
Welcome reception (18:00-21:00) will be held at this evening at Confucian temple. Transportation service will be provided. The bus will leave 17:25 just after the last afternoon session.
Banquet (19:00-21:00) will be held at Hotel Inter-burgo on Thursday evening (Oct 7).
If you need the vegetarian food, please let the secretary know as soon as possible.
The group photo is scheduled on Thursday just after the last afternoon session.

7. Note to speakers
We will provide the notebook (and OHP), please use it to avoid any difficulties due to compatibility with the projector.
Please make sure to give your presentation materials (files/transparencies) before your talk.
If you did not send a file, please give the file to the secretary (at the registration desk) for posting on the web.
If you prefer to use your notebook for your talk, please check compatibility with the projector in advance.
