JISC was a series of committees with different remits, we are still in the process of transition and rationalising our services.

Our 12 Regional Support Centres help learning providers to improve performance and efficiency through the use of technology – using advice, sharing good practice and facilitating good practice
Raise awareness to enable Learning Providers
to make informed decisions
As we move from services commissioned by the committee's to an integrated service, it is likely that the Regional Support Centres will become the customer face and initial contact for all of the jisc services.

Legal - to ensure that legal issues do not become a barrier to the adoption and use of new information and communications technologies in education.
Netskills - is a training and staff development service with 14 dedicated and expert staff based at Newcastle University.
TechDis - is a leading UK advisory service on technologies for inclusion and accessibility.
