2 Keys to Life (2013) Joint NHS & LA discharge protocols which include local & national planning for those for whom no alternative community placements exist (Recommendation 50) Scotland builds capacity to deliver specialist services locally, with an outcome that people with learning disabilities and complex needs should be supported to live nearer their family (Recommendation 51)
