System Requirements: The NO TRY DRY website is a place were customers can go for a variety of different things. A customer begins by pulling up our website on their home computer. Then after logging in with an address and a password, the customer is able to select a color and a size. Once the customer has decided what they want they proceed by checking out. After plugging in the address that the customer wants the product shipped to and the payment information for the product the customer is finished placing an order. If the customer is anxious and wants to track their package to see when it is going to be delivered, our customers have the opportunity to do that as well on our website. The customer simply has to log in. Then the customer will click on the “track package” tab. The customer will then be asked to plug in their tracking number, that they were given once they had finished purchasing their product. The system will communicate with the shipper and then the date and time that the selected package will be delivered will appear. A critical success factor for NO TRY DRY is that the system should be able to handle requests from multiple users at once. Specific Non-Functional Requirement: With finals are just around the corner, we know that the holidays are very close to follow. During the holidays many people are hosting parties and having family over. This means that the dirty dishes are going to pile up very fast. Most people will be washing those dishes by hand, so we would like to make sure that our final product is on the market by November 1st, The following dates are deadlines that must be met so that our product is ready to be sold and hit the internet Analyze Design Develop Important Dates: October 1st – Product has been made and ready to be sent to be duplicated. October 7th – Process and Database Models Completed delivered to programming. October 17th –Website ideas are being finalized and sent to programmer. Project Plan - Plan Project Feasibility: Economic: A cost benefit analysis will be required to be performed to assure that the costs associated with developing the NO TRY DRY doesn’t exceed the benefits that our company and our customers will be receiving. The main benefit that our customers will experience is how fast they are able to clean up the kitchen and but their hand washed, instantly try, dishes away. We were able to receive some money from donors, that believed in this product, to help jump start our business. We plan in paying them back every cent. Legal: We have created a product that should not face any legal issues. We will implement any tests on our product to insure that no one will be harmed in any way, so we will not have any law suits pressed against us. We have also hired a corporate lawyer to oversee all of our business decisions to make sure that all of our permits and paperwork is legal and ethical. Operational: We plan on having a monthly all company meeting to recap on the previous month to make sure that we are meeting all of our order deadlines and objectives. We will take this time to also make sure that all employees are all on the same page with what is required and expected of them. Our company plans on being well known for its customer service and reliability. Analyze Design Develop Test Implement Maintain

Project Plan - Plan Project Feasibility: Schedule: When people order products online it can take anywhere from two days to two months to be delivered. Our company plans on getting the product out for delivery within a 24 hour period from when the order was placed. We will make sure that all United States orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. For our orders that will be going over seas, we will have the order deliver within 10 to 14 business days. Technical: Our plan is to produce all of our products at our store front location in New York City. Our company is all based on the production of one single product, because of this we believe that there should be very minimal issues availability with our technical resources and expertise. We will make sure that every product is properly inspected by a technician before being shipped. We also will have a computer technician on staff everyday to make sure that our website is not experiencing any technical issues. We believe that we have all the tools that we need for our company to be successful. Analyze Design Develop Test Implement Maintain

BUSINESS PROCESS STEPS
Processes Who is Involved Plan BUSINESS PROCESS STEPS 1. We will need to advertise on all fronts to get word out about our new product. -The challenge will be marketing overseas, but with a strong online presence we hope to be successful in this arena. We will need a great marketing team. -We will need to make sure we start to build our inventory and create good relationships with suppliers. 2. We will then need to make sure that our site is well maintained for orders to start being placed and processed. We also expect to get some sales out of our New York store, however, a majority will be online. -Maintenance will be absolutely critical for our site. We will have a 24 hour maintenance team/ customer service team to help make sure the site is running well on all fronts. -Customers will be able to ask questions and read product reviews on our site. 3. We will need good operational management for our product to be produced with high quality and in a timely manner. -We also need to have great customer service. We want to be in constant communication with our customers to make sure they are having a great experience with our product. 4. We plan to bill our customers and receive payment at the time of the purchase. -On most products sold there will be a shipping fee that we will require to maintain good relationships with our shippers. -We will also have a way for customers to track their orders online. BUY VERSUS BUILD Plan Analyze Design Develop Test Implement Maintain
Since we are the developers of the NO TRY DRY we will be building them at our own location. We have one product so we build and sell them ourselves. We want to be sure that the product we are selling is just the way we want it. We do get the materials to make the NO TRY DRYs from suppliers, but we tend to have very good relationships with our suppliers because we keep in good communication with them. We are able to maintain good communication with our suppliers because of our ERP system, the E2 Shop System. That ERP system manages everything we need to be successful in building our own product. Without a good ERP system, we would struggle to build our product. In conclusion, there was never a big discussion on whether to buy or build. We are the inventors of this product and we want to make sure it is produced the way we specify. We do have suppliers for our raw materials. We are able to be successful building our product because of how effective our ERP system is. Analyze Design Develop Test Implement Maintain

IT Infrastructure- We plan on using a client/server infrastructure. We want to make sure are clients communicate directly with the server and that their information is as secure as it can be (this is why we chose not to operate in the cloud). We like how the back-end processing is done by our server, while clients operate the front-end processing. They let us know what they want and we do it for them. This infrastructure works well with our ERP system because the information entered goes directly to our ERP system. Training- To teach people how to use the system we will offer online training that will take place over the internet. We feel that by having users complete the training on their own time it will be more time and cost efficient for our company and every one will get the same training making the use of the new system very efficient. Documentation- To help users work though any problems they might have with the system or to answer any questions they might have we have set up a help desk. A help desk is a group of people who respond to users questions, and we feel that by using a help desk all questions and problems can be handled spending less money, spending less time and very effectively. Phased Implementation- We will use phases implementation to introduce our new system. Phased implementation installs the new system in phases until it is verified to work correctly. So we will introduce this new technology to one department at a time until it is verified to work by every department. By using this method we feel that users will have an ample amount of time to adapt to the new system and we will give it enough time to sink in to each department. Maintenance Plan Analyze Design Develop Test Implement Maintain
-To maintain the website we will continuously preform changes, corrections and additions to the existing website where they are needed to keep up with user needs and changing technology. As we evolve as a business our website must evolve with us and we will ensure that our website stays relevant to our business practices and we will also ensure that is running efficiently and bug free. - Our maintenance process will take place in two phases, corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance. As our business grows so will our website, and the larger our website gets the more design flaws and coding errors we will have. We will have employees checking the website frequently for these flaws to make sure that as our website grows is stays efficient and user friendly. From the preventative maintenance standpoint we monitor any future problems that may occur in our website and make sure we take care of these problems before they effect our business. Our business is relatively small compared to other business so the amount of maintenance to our website will not take up much time, but it will be crucial to make the changes when they are needed. Plan Maintenance Schedule Analyze -Throughout each month we compline information on bugs and updates that must be completed to keep the website current and bug free. We do this once a month on Sunday evening to ensure that the least amount of people are on our website and also to make it consistent of when we are updating. -On the 1st Sunday of the month we complete all updates that need to take place. This includes product updates, price updates, bug fixes and certain aesthetics changes that occur from moth to month. Design Develop Test Implement Maintain
