Fly from the USA on August 30, Arrive in South Africa on August 31, You will be met by Johan Schoonbee and transported to Witwater Guest House for the first night.

4. Today , September 1, 2017 we fly from Johannesburg to Kruger National Park for the start of our Safari. Our flight will take us directly into Skukuza Rest Camp. This will be our camp for the first night.

5. September 2, We rise early to depart Skukuza at 6 am after an early coffee, tea or juice. At we will enjoy a full English breakfast at Lower Sabie. After breakfast we drive due north to Satara Camp for our second night. Lunch will be enjoyed on our way to Satara Camp. On this evening we will join the guides of Kruger on a night drive to explore the African night .

6. September 3, 2017. We will depart early again for Letaba Camp
September 3, We will depart early again for Letaba Camp. Our daily schedule will follow the same timeline. At 5.45 we enjoy coffee, hot tea, juice and snacks before we start our search for African wildlife. A full English breakfast at 8.30 with lunch around 1pm. A mouth watering dinner will be served by the local restaurant around 7pm before we turn in for the night.

7. September 4, 2017. Still at Letaba Camp for this day
September 4, Still at Letaba Camp for this day. We will have a day of exploring the park around Letaba. The world famous Elephant museum is located at Lataba Camp. Overlooking the Letaba river you can enjoy a great evening before we sit down for dinner.

8. September 5, 2017. On to Mopane Camp for the night
September 5, On to Mopane Camp for the night. Another full day of game viewing. This is our last night in Kruger Park.

9. September 6, We will enjoy our full English breakfast here at Mopane camp. After Breakfast we will depart for Polokwane where we will over night in a 4 star B&B. On the way to Polokwane we will pass through towns like Phalaborwa and Tzaneen. It is a beautiful drive through the mountains.

10. September 6, After traveling form Kruger to Polokwane we will relax in Getaway Gateway B&B for the night.

11. September 7, After a 8.15 am breakfast we will give you the opportunity to shop in an African art and craft shop in Polokwane before we depart for Cape Town. The flight will take us to Johannesburg, where we will connect to Cape Town. After arriving in Cape Town we will settle into our B&B , eat dinner at a seafood/steak restaurant and turn in for the night.

12. September 8, 2017. Our first day in the Mother City
September 8, Our first day in the Mother City. Today we will go up onto Table Mountain for a spectacular view of Cape Town from above. After lunch we will visit the world famous Kirstenbosch botanical gardens . A very interesting view of the African floral kingdom. After a great dinner of seafood or steak we will turn in for the night.

13. September 9 , Today we travel the Cape peninsula all the way to Cape point. This is the second most southern point of the African continent. Whales can be spotted from the roadside while driving. Very interesting towns like Houtbay (Wood Bay), Simons Town, Fish hoek will be on our way traveling the peninsula. A scenic drive that you will not soon forget.

14. September 10, A visit to Stellenbosch and the Cape winelands today. After lunch you will have the opportunity to walk the streets of Stellenbosch for some curio shopping for friends and family back home.

15. September 11, After breakfast we travel along the coast line towards Hermanus. Hermanus is called the whale capital of South Africa. On route we will visit Betty’s Bay to have a close up view of the resident penguin colony. Back to the B&B for our last night on the tour.

16. September 12, 2017. We will enjoy breakfast at 8
September 12, We will enjoy breakfast at 8.30 before we depart to Cape Town International Airport to travel to Johannesburg. Here you will connect with your flight that will take you back to the USA.
