As part of the E3 project, the e-learning initiative aims to provide innovative learning strategies in a blended learning environment within the university & executive education. Blended learning The combination of any form of instructional technology (CBT WBT) with a face-to-face instructor led event. Not to say that the instructional technology could not also take place in a classroom. Instructional technology could be a self-study or in-class event. A common blended learning approach is to introduce material in a classroom; provide instruction on basic concepts and practice events (allowing learners to practice knowledge learned) via on-line self-study learning events – followed by follow-up classroom training
