12 Tournament This weekend is the Great Pumpkin Shootout Tournament.
2 games on Saturday and 3 games on Sunday Games are at Stillwater High School We are in the need for 5 midfielders/Attack to play. Cost is $50 Registration/Health Waiver must be completed before Friday Tournament

13 Cub Food Bagging Tuesday, November 22nd
2 shifts are open for sign ups (See Lori) 14 Players per shift 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm (Drivers) 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm We need 2 parent Volunteers per shift Please sign up in the back Wear Rosemount Lax Clothing No Hats/No Cookies NHS/9th Grade Government Hours Cub Food Bagging

14 Practice Times During Winter
Open Lacrosse in Dome 2 Days a week after school. Schedule isn’t set yet. We will also have Chumash nets up in the dome for 3 v 3 lacrosse. Nets are up in the dome Captains will be running the practices to make sure players know the offense and defense before the start of the season. Runs December through Early March Practice Times During Winter

15 Homegrown lacrosse will be running a league in the CONCORDIA DOME ON SUNDAYS.
Booster Club will pay for the team cost deposit. Players will have to reimburse the booster club $210 (Sign up tonight With Jeff) We will have two teams U18 Level (Varsity and JV players from last year) 26 player max U16 Level Winter Teams

17 Refund Policy There is a no refund policy for fall and winter leagues.

TEAM MN Winter Training (Sundays in Savage) True Shooting and Defense Camps Frogs and Loons might also have winter training Winter Camps

19 The team will be doing weight lifting after school 2x per week during the winter On Tuesday and Thursdays. Coach Trussell Weight lift before dome practice as well. We will also have Team Yoga once a week during the off season. This will take us to the next level! Weight Lifting/Yoga

20 Commitment Yes, there are many options.
The coaches want players to focus this winter in this order for sports: In season sport first Playing Lacrosse in Dome Lacrosse League Weight Lifting after school To reach the top of the Conference and State, it takes commitment before the season starts. Commitment

21 March-April Captain’s AM Practice begins in March
Starting in March 5:45 AM in the dome. Try Outs- Start April 3rd March-April

22 All 9th and 10th graders in January need to register for 9/10 team through RAAA.
If player makes JV or Varsity they will be refunded the RAAA fee. 9/10 although during the season is not officially operated by the High School, the coaches consider the 9/10 just as important as Varsity. Also the same rules and expectations that Varsity is held to, 9/10 will be held to as well. 9/10th grade team

23 Equipment Black/Navy arm guards and Shoulder pads
Mouth guard and non metal cleats Two sticks Varsity and JV will team High School issued gloves and helmets during the season Equipment Deposit will be required this year Equipment

24 On Tuesday, February 28th at 7:00 pm we will have our pre season meeting.

25 Booster Club – We organize and coordinate team events, help raise funds to cover expenses the school or school district do not cover. Our goal is to allow the coaches time to coach and we handle the other details. Everyone is welcome to our monthly meeting (with no commitment-even just once). Typically it is the 2nd Tuesday evening at RHS. However the next meeting is Tues. Nov. 15th at 6:30 pm due to the election. Next Booster Club meeting
