Such vesting shall be paid for from the proceeds of dividends received by the Black Person shareholders, provided that if the total dividends received by any of the Black Person shareholders is not sufficient to discharge the amount required for full vesting, the balance owing in respect thereof, shall be written off by the [Applicant] or vendor of the shares to the Black Person as the case may be.”
