Discharge of conserved water into 7 Yakima River Tributaries (including Tillman) Determined on a annual basis (on or before April 1, and as needed throughout the irrigation season)by the Tributary Supplementation Program Committee ***No formal agreement with Landowner regarding flow supplementation and flooding on proposed property for acquisition.
