Adjacent to the main house is the guesthouse with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. In addition there is a staff house with two bedrooms and a bathroom, and two cottages can easily be converted into 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The stunning garden comprises a large lawn area surrounded by sculpted vegetation and trees and featuring a beautiful vegetable garden with a gazebo, surrounded by lemon, grapefruit, avocado and fig trees giving off a spectacular combination of scents. The 18-metre swimming pool is surrounded by a variety of exotic flora; from Cuban royal palm trees to agaves and aloes, as well as orange and lemon trees. The pool area also features a large gazebo.

12. To the rear of the main house, and leading on to the summer patio, is a walkway of exotic plants ranging from caeca revoluta to bamboo. The summer patio is enclosed by the east wing of the main house and the west wing of the guesthouse and boasts a serene koi carp pool, a gorgeous location for tranquil al fresco dining.
