70 units on 30 locations in Denmark
Price of fuel significantly lower than compeeting fuels (negative price)
Consists - in broad terms - of:
Organic matter (combustible) - carbon dioxide neutral
Plastic (comustible) - releases CO2 to the atmosphere
Metal and minerals (incomustible)
Water (incombustible)

Response: markets can manage. Forest owner will act according to economic rationality
