Research & Development Project No. 2016F012R Understanding the nature of polytreponemal infections in digital dermatitis lesions in dairy cattle A partnership with Alberta Milk where they are contributing $40,000. This project is important to the dairy industry because of the economic losses, but also that it can cause severe lameness and animal welfare concerns. They are testing whether the treponemes cause Digitial Dermititis lesions. PCR cassette with sample delivery lid
