Legacy RAID algorithm reads only data stripes and waiting for slow reads. It reads parity stripes and regenerates only when read fails. The “DLP” reads both data and parity stripes concurrently. It bypasses the slow reads and returns data to host by the regenerated data.

When the data transfer is needed from one workstation to another and without SAN configuration. The “Array Roaming” function allows the same group of array to be migrated to other Accusys RAID system and be re-LUN mapping automatically.

All Resolve systems require a high performance graphics processor for the GUI, a GPU for image processing and disk storage. An external disk array and HBA card could provide additional disk performance and storage capacity, especially with 2K and 4K. A08S-PS is the one of few storage system be certified by Blackmagic Da Vinci Resolve for Mac.
