(B) Colour vision test revealed a nonspecific, bilateral and asymmetric colour vision alteration, with severe involvement of OS (superior), with a complete recovery of normal colour vision in OD after (inferior) discontinuing the drug. (C) Central 30-2 threshold visual field test showed widespread sensitivity loss of approximately 30dB in OS and a small arcuate defect of about 15dB in OD (superior) during the onset of symptoms.
