Main directions of project activities:
Improvement of the system of mass registration and mass valuation of real property for the purposes of real property taxation; Improvement of real property taxation procedures and the system for tax control in certain sectors; Improvement of urban spatial planning; Strenghtening the role of local communities in the process of urban planning and land government Improvement of Belarusian specialists’ qualification as well as study and dissemination of the best practices in the above-mentioned areas in Belarus

Planned project activities:
International Conference – 1; Experts’ visits of Swedish experts to Belarus 13 experts’ visits, 19 swedish experts will participate Seminars: 10 two-days seminars 4 one-days seminars 2 roundtable conferences Study visit of Belarusian specialists to Sweden; 5 study visits, 6 persons participating in each visit Creation of an Information and Education Centre to enhance spatial planning awareness among the local authorities, private companies and NGOs; Development of international contacts: Participation of Belarusian specialists in 6 international events Publishing of the book “Modern methods and best practices of Land governance and Land administration”;
