5 Signs & Symptoms Dull, deep ache in shoulder
Some tears are not painful Accompanied by inability to lift arm Sometimes only weakness in arm

6 Effect on the Body Little effects outside of affected arm
Shoulder pain moves Primarily lower down the arm Can affect down to the hand
