26 Irritation / Toleration List
Walk through your house, apartment, office, factory, warehouse, etc. and make a list of everything that is not exactly the way you want it. Then create a plan to fix as many of those things as possible as soon as possible. Schedule 2 days to do as many of the little things as possible. Then schedule time to handle one big thing every quarter. Then make a list of everything you are tolerating in your relationships, your work, your clothes, your body (pain, weight, lack of flexibility, strength and endurance), self-image, confidence, negative self-talk, fear.
