Provide this website to folks who are interested in finding more information on Kairos such as new volunteers, donors, pastors, wardens, chaplains, etc. This is the website you should have on your business card and other recruiting materials

How to use it:
Common location for all types of materials used by existing Kairos volunteers. Examples include: recruiting materials, fund raising materials, guides for every aspect of Kairos, a few of which we will discuss here today

Click on "Register Weekend Info" on the left hand side of the page.
When page is open, please read the instructions and follow them exactly as indicated.
Filling in : your name (first and last), address, Type of weekend KI Men, KI women, etc. Your state or country (if not in US), finally weekend date(s).
Next continue down the page filling in: names, phone numbers, s (For the Weekend Leader, Advising Leader and Observing Leader)
Then enter any specific prayer appeals
Fill in the "Anti-Spam Code" and click "send info“. If everything is okay you are done
(Wait a few seconds to make sure you aren't instructed to correct, or add something else to the information you have entered)
If you are ok, hit "Return to top of Page" and you are done.

14. How do I Change Weekend Registration details?
Go to what you want to change. Change the item or items (weekend date, Leader, etc), and “click” on "Amended?"
Then fill in the "Anti-Spam Code" and click "send info"
If everything is okay you are done

If you are ok, hit "Return to top of Page" and you are done.

If you look at it as a tool then you will see: The purpose of the Kairos Excellence Initiative program is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our Ministry by fostering compliance with program policies defined in the current Program Manual.

Documents describing how each level of Kairos is administered, and how Kairos is best run to ensure successful continuing ministry and weekends.
How to use them:
Each member of your Advisory Council, State Chapter Committee, International Committee should have a copy of all of these documents.
They include the four foundational statements (Vision, Mission, Core Values and Statement of Faith)
Every Kairos volunteer should be aware of the existing governing bodies, should be aware of the operating procedures and bylaws, and should be invited to the meetings whenever possible.
Note: Each documents will be updated on a yearly basis, so be sure to get an up-to-date copy. If you have any Kairos documents on your website, be sure to have links, not the actual document - this ensures your volunteers are getting the latest copy.

What it is:
Extremely helpful document that includes: Elevator speeches (for each of the three programs, as well as the ministry as a whole); Downloadable logos for all three programs; Samples of Power Point document, Letter Head and business cards
How to use it:
Elevator speeches can be used in recruiting, printed materials, bulletins, everything from a very short conversational approach to wording that can be used in your own publications (church bulletin, or news letter). 
Logos for visual materials, downloadable as well as specific instructions (color/size/scaling) for a printer - use them on your web page, signatures, all Kairos documents, including letter head, business cards.
Templates for: Power Point, printing up your own business cards, etc.

53. Doing more than basic searches
Use quotes to search for an exact phrase.
Use an asterisk within quotes to specify unknown or variable words.
Use the minus sign to eliminate results containing certain words.

54. Search any specific website for keywords
Think of the “site:” function as a Google search that searches only a particular website. If you want to see every time TIME.com mentioned Kairos, use the search “Kairos site:TIME.com”.

55. Compare using “vs”
Can’t decide between serving burgers or pizza for a meal? Type in “hamburgers vs. pizza,” for example, and you’ll receive side-by-side comparisons of the nutritional facts. Or praise songs vs hymns

56. Filter search results
If you search your favorite food, and then click “Search Tools” right under the search bar, you’ll be able to filter recipes based on ingredients, cook time and calories. It’s the perfect tool if someone has certain dietary restrictions.

Ever come across a photo that looks strangely familiar? Or if you want to know where it came from? If you save the image, and then search it on Google Images (with the camera button), you’ll be able to see similar images on the web.
