Guideline 6: Do not evaluate or edit older codes or terms in cataloging records unless they are clearly in error. Add new, appropriate relationship designators following any existing codes or terms.

Although a family name is “name” in MARC, and family names are included in the instructions in MARC AF 100, implying that subfield $c is eligible for inclusion in a family name, ... recommendation would be to include Danshaku and Barons as part of the subfield $a, and do not separately subfield code the elements, i.e.:
