Inform students, staff and faculty aware of needs for integrated services through meetings, presentations, media. Provide this information to be available to students, parents, SGA, student senate, faculty senate, Cabinet, and B.O.T.

17 Objective 1: 10 Critical Steps…
6. Elicit Executive Cabinet motivation through presentation of student needs, current services, facts around utilization management, liability and risk to acquire funding. 7. Participate in the selection of architects and designers for integration of services. 8. Develop close working relationship with project manager. 9. Keep priority of provision and access to student services at a high level throughout the design, construction, completion and move-in phase. 10. Engage in activities that involve all staff from all services. Directors review with their staff areas of overlap and integration, process of referral, separation and explanation of services and their provision. Directors and Office Manager review programs which will share services, services which will need ongoing separation, and adjust policies and procedures as necessary Directors and Office Manager reviews all pertinent laws and regulations as they relate to services offered within proximity and make changes accordingly (e.g. changes in job description to front office staff to manage SHC and CPS patients) Cross-training and multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Involve peer education coordinator in all CPS and SHC outreach health promotion planning and staff meetings. Challenges 1. History and differing service cultures 2.
