1 Are you wondering if you should go to PROM?
Are you worried that prom is going to cost you too much money? Are you worried that prom will just be an evening of standing around listening to music chosen by these people? Are you worried that you have nothing to wear, no one to do your makeup, your limo driver is out sick that day or your date might be grounded until Summertime? Let us distract you from your state standardized testing for a moment if you will allow us…

2 The Committee: Thanks to the hard work of your prom committee (did you know we had one?!) this will NOT be a cheap event...even though ticket prices are low. They have been working for months to Plan, Fund, Shop and Decorate In order to make this a memorable event!

3 The Venue: Saturday Afternoon Club

4 Don’t like to dance? Then come for the FOOD!!!!!

5 The Theme: A Party For The Ages
Travel back through time and enjoy vintage touchs from the Roaring ‘20s, Glaourous ‘40s, Classic ‘50s, Groovy ‘60s and Retro ‘80s as you dance to modern and classic beats!

6 What to Wear: Rules and Ideas
Dress more formally then you would for school No jeans; slacks are preferred This event does not have to be black tie School dress codes apply Dress as if you were going to hang out with Mr. B (he will be there and is the life of the party) Dress how your legal guardian would approve of Both of these prom dresses follow dress code and can be purchased at either H&M or Forever 21 for a low price. This look has a button up with slacks and suspenders. This outfit can be purchased all at H&M. Forever 21 would also have similar attire for a low price.

7 What to Wear: Ideas for Era Theme
How to Coordinate an outfit Pick an era from history Your dress or suit can be simple but you can pick historically accurate accessories to accent A simple white dress with red lips and an up do can look very “old hollywood” Adding a fedora to a suit can give men a more classic look!

8 Prom King and Queen Costume Contest
We will be holding a contest and awarding prizes for the best Costume. If you would like to take part: Come dressed in an outfit that reflects a specific era. Prizes will be awarded based on votes held during a fashion show at prom!
