1 I-CMOR Integrated Chemical Mapping Optical Radar
Security and Risk Management Sensor Analysis Service I-CMOR Service A multi-sensor, advanced security and risk management system to meet regulatory, financial and disaster situations with enhanced reporting High survey speeds and onboard processing reduces costs of data collection and analysis Technology derived from Department of Defense multi-sensor fusion programs to reduce workload on analysts and operations manager Operates 24/7 having adverse weather capability (operationally tested in snow and freezing rain) Advanced algorithms using AI processes reduces processing time, and user “information overload” Provides information directly to operations center, mobile units, or individuals for rapid response I-CMOR Sensors Active infrared, multi-spectral sensor to identify and quantify volatile organic chemicals in the ppb to ppm range, x 40 ft footprint 3D imagery laser radar with a 5 inch pixel size, and 0.8 inch vertical resolution, x 1930 ft footprint Passive near-infrared hyperspectral imager, 524 x 524 ft footprint Thermal imager 7-12 m 2.4 x 2.4 ft pixel size, 1530 x 1170 ft footprint Georeferenced high-resolution visible imager, 2 x 2 ft pixel size, 1750 X 1370 ft footprint Satellite communication data link, Kbps high-priority data Aircraft Plane: Cessna 337 Range: 600 miles (mission defendant) Mission duration: 4.5 hrs Survey speed: 165 mph Aerial coverage: 50 sq miles/hr Service altitude: ft Crew: One commercial pilot and one operator (32,000 acres/hr) Chemicals 3-D Mapping Hyperspectral Imaging Thermal Imaging All Hi-Res Imagery

2 Infrared-Hyperspectral and High Resolution Visual Imagery
Infrared hyperspectral provides vegetative and man-made background information. Can be used for crop and forest health references and cross-correlation to thermal/3D and chemical sensors. High resolution video provides the geo-rectified baseline to which all other sensors’ data is overlaid. In this fashion, a data MOSAIC of target properties can be generated and georeferenced into Google maps and GIS formats. Chemical Capability I-CMOR can detect and quantify gaseous chemicals in the air between the aircraft and ground using active multi-spectral sensing in the infrared. Currently, I-CMOR can identify 132 chemicals at minimum detection limits of 90ppb to 10ppm, depending on the chemical species. I-CMOR uses fused, passive hyperspectral imaging, and the active multi-spectral system to remove background interferences, with onboard calibration to produce reliable concentration information. High priority data events identified onboard are SAT-COM linked via internet to user office, laptop, or cell phone app. DRAFT 3D-imaging Often chemical signatures are associated with physical items or events: barrels; storage tanks; land movement I-CMOR correlates these physical objects with the chemical signatures even beneath vegetation. Risk and financial assessment of power lines, ground movement, beach, or shoreline erosion, road and building structural compromises can be detected and evaluated. Akamai Physics Inc.
