Early 2016 started planning for new program to be launched September 2016.
3 hour training program for Bystander Intervention lead by student facilitators.
New program allowed for easy integration of Student Learning Outcomes and an assessment plan.

Students who complete the Bystander Intervention Training Workshop will be able to list at least 4 examples of inappropriate sexual behaviours (on the continuum of behaviours presented in the workshop) as demonstrated by an online quiz completed one week after the workshop.

2 – 3 staff attended a session at the beginning and end of the year for every facilitator (6 sessions in total).
First provided baseline, 2nd showed facilitator improvement

All facilitators demonstrated an improvement in facilitation skills between their first assessment (A1) and their second assessment (A2).

Our data confirmed the outcomes for 4/5 of our SLO’s
