4 5 Roof Supports There is no right or wrong angle or measurements for these. Ground Floor Level Red dashed lines are 3/8 inch (thickness of a sheet of foam core) from the edge. Black Dashed and dotted lines are a marke for the roof level line. You will need this to place pieces to support the upper level and roof. You will glue the roof supports to this line, so that the roof sits flush with the top of the model on walls 6 and 1. This is done by pinning and glueing the supports top edge to the dashed and dotted black line. Any Scrap foam core will be used to add to the outside, to break up a flat smooth pattern, so keep your small cuttings. 1st Floor Roof Ground Floor Roof The roof is again the same size as the floor, but I cut it on a slight angle, so the bottom is smaller than the top. This will allow for it to slide on and off of the top. 1 inch Page 2

5 Second Floor Level 2nd Floor Building Roof Roof Supports
The Second floor is constructed in the same manner as the first floor. The edges are cut to almost a 45O angle, this will help join the edges and prevent a lot of trimming. But it is ok if it is not perfect, it is actually better since it will look more like an ork built it! Below you will see the placement of the second floor placement on the roof of the first floor. Roof Supports Done the same way as we did the first floor. 2nd Floor Placement 1st Floor Roof Page 5 1 inch

7 Ork Watch Tower – Support Arm
Measurements may vary on your printer Support Arm The three identical spines will be the main support. They will be touching, sandwiched at the top, to make the support arm. The back edge and underside will be pinned and glued along the edge of the support arm to close it up. These may be cut from foam core, however heavy card stock will be easier to cover the edges. The crows nest will be glued on top when Complete in the same manner as the support base. Rope Arm A C E D B F Support Arm Building the crows nest will be completed just like the other buildings. The rope arm will be glued to the arch (A) and used to fasten a climbing rope. That will be used to “climb” to the crows nest. The two pieces will be glued side by side, flush to the end. The red dotted line indicates the position where the rope arm will be glued.\ The black dashed line is where your will glue the crows nest floor part 1 on the bottom of the crows nest floor part 2. The crows nest can be glued at any angle on the support arm that you wish. Remember that the rope should hang to the second floor.
