Science Fair Log Book Your log book is your “diary” or “blog” about your project. It serves as a place to record your research, ideas, procedures, and data It also verifies that it is your work The log book for your project will be hand written and will be displayed with your project. You will start your log book once you and your teacher have decided on a topic/question.

Research and Bibliography
You will want to do some background research to make a good hypothesis. Find some key words that relate to your topic-look those words up to start your research-ask an adult to help you come up with topics to research related to your project Record your research in your log book For each source, record the information that you will need for your bibliography-you will use this information to create your bibliography in noodle tools. *Each source and notes should be on their own page in your log book

Galileo developed the first instrument to measure temperature; it was refined and calibrated by later scientists.
