We have seen a 7% decrease year-over-year in paid membership. Multiple site transitions & loss of auto-renewals has impacted our membership growth.
We have received feedback from our alumni survey about the need to showcase tangible value from club membership.
In 2017, we would like to introduce new membership tiers, and showcase increased tangible value to membership.
Today, we would like your feedback on these proposed membership tiers for 2017.
