The idea is to offer an online access to customers of movies premieres
Soon as some movie comes out in theaters it will available on my company’s website
Cheaper price and you can watch movies at any time you want

Register a domain name – same as the name of the company (short, simple and refers to the product I am offering)
Have specific departments in the company where are done specific jobs (getting the movies, converting them, uploading them, marketing, payment… etc)

Technological equipment (storage servers, computers, firewalls, intranet, high Internet speed… etc)
My intended audience would be generation Y because they have interest in the movies and they like to do everything online

Payment via Internet – customers will be able to pay each movie with their credit and debit cards (no other payments will be accepted)
Goal is to make the company earn a lot of money and then sell it.

7. SWOT Analysis
Strengths - company will provide cheaper product that will be available 24/7 to the customers. I will not have shipping costs because everything will be done digital which means over the Internet and instantly, customers will not have to wait for the product.
Weaknesses – possibility to have financial problems at the beginning could cause my company go bankrupt.
Opportunity – large potential market that is willing to pay to watch a movie.
Threats – large number of competitors in the similar business and fear of the customers of not having trust in the new company. Netflix being number 1 competitor could take my potential customers.
