You must maintain a Close Relationship with your registrar. When you have an interpretation question, CALL THEM and ask what their interpretation is! You’re paying them a lot of money to to audit your company.

5. Lessons Learned QS9000 is NOT Rocket Science.
If you know your job and the systems which affect you, you should have no problem with an audit (assuming compliant systems).
You must also be up-to-date on technology and methodologies which affect your job and systems
